What is an Autoresponder?
An autoresponder is a program that runs on a web server which automatically sends reply e-mail to the e-mail address of the person that requests it. These programs are often called infobots, automailers, autobots and responders.

Can the messages be personalized?
YES! This is a very powerful feature of the realreply.com Pro Autoresponder System. When your prospect makes a request from your autoresponder, or from a form on your web site, our program captures the name (first and last) of each prospect.

You can then place the name of your prospect in the Subject line of your autoresponse message and throughout the body of all your subsequent sales messages. This is a powerful sales tool that is included FREE of charge with all new accounts.

Can I change the text and subject lines of my messages?
Yes, this can be done via our simple to use web interface. You can change your messages as many times as you like, anytime; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Are there any setup charges?
No. We never charge to set up new accounts.

What type of links can I use for the autoresponder?
You can link to your autoresponder from your web site using forms and e-mail,  any way that you choose. You may not, however, use your autoresponder as a return address in any of your mailings, or in any posting to FFA sites or the like.

How long can the follow-up messages be?
You can make the messages as long as you want them to be. There's no limit in the length of your sales message(s), however, we advise you keep them from being too long because you want them read easily by your prospect.

Is there a way to see who has subscribed to my autoresponder?
Yes. Our system keeps track of all subscribers to your autoresponder and will generate a list for you.

Can my prospects unsubscribe themselves, if they wish?
Yes. They simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of all the  out-going messages.

How do I use the system?
The administration functions are all web-based and easy to understand. You just point your mouse,  click on the links, and you're taken to each function that you want to perform. If you ever need help, just click on the Help menus.

If someone replies to my autoresponder message, will I get that response?
Yes. The system is designed to forward all responses to your autoresponder, directly to you, provided you entered your correct e-mail address during setup.

Are there any ads in my autoresponder responses?
There are no ads in the Pro service. Yes, there are ads in the Free service. Your messages will be much more effective if they are seen alone without any advertisements. This is why we highly recommend the Pro service!
